Return Policy
RETURNS
We accept returns and are committed to making the return process simple while providing refunds in the form of store credits within 45 days from the date of your claim. Please note that if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
- Sale items cannot be returned, except if damaged upon delivery. Gift cards are non-returnable.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to initiate a return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds:
In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted. This includes:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery may be subject to partial refunds.
Refunds via Store Credit:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of its receipt and whether your refund request has been approved or denied.
If approved, a store credit will be issued, which can be used for future purchases.
Delayed or Missing Refunds:
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
- Check with your bank, as there might be a processing delay.

Sale Items:
According to applicable Australian regulations, sale items are generally not eligible for cash refunds. However, we ensure product quality, including those on discount.
- Full-Price Items: Store credits are issued for full-price items following our standard return policy.
- Sale Items: Sale items are non-refundable unless faulty upon delivery.
- Promo Codes: Orders with promotional discounts are treated the same as full-price items, with store credits issued for returns.
Subscription Box Products:
Our subscription boxes are unique products with surprise content revealed only upon delivery. By subscribing, you agree to receive randomly selected items with a value exceeding the subscription price. Subscription boxes cannot be returned or exchanged due to their random nature, except in cases of confirmed defects or delivery errors.
Opened boxes are not eligible for the right of return under Australian Consumer Law, as their contents are considered personalised surprises. Cancellations for monthly or annual subscriptions can be made by contacting our support team before the next renewal date.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at info@anime-figures-australia.com and send the item to:

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you.
If the gift was not marked during purchase or was sent to the gift giver, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.

- You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over AUD $75. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Right to Cancel:
For online purchases, you may cancel within 14 days as per Australian Consumer Law. Items must be:
- Unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories included.
- Returned at your expense.
Exceptions include:
- Customised or personalised items.
- Perishable goods or hygiene-sensitive items, such as unsealed packaging.
