I am missing some items from my order. What happens?

Our products are shipped separately depending on the items in your order. If your order contains items from different warehouses, there will be multiple deliveries. The rest of your order will likely arrive shortly.


I received a damaged item. What can I do about it?

We are sorry to hear that. Simply send a picture of the damaged item to info@anime-figures-australia.com, and we will send you a replacement as soon as possible.

I still haven’t received my order. What is taking so long?

We strive to resolve any issues our customers may have with their purchases. If you still wish to request a refund, we can process it as long as the request is made within 30 days of the order date, and the product(s) in question are not sold out.
