⛩ Emporio Ivankov, nicknamed Iva, "The Miracle-Maker" or "The Miracle-Maker", is one of the 5 Commanders of the Revolutionary Army and heads the entire G Army (Grand Line). He is also Queen of the Kingdom of Kamabakka. He's a powerful, charismatic transvestite who was imprisoned at Impel Down on level 5, then living in secret on level 5.5 of the prison (called "Newkama Land", or the "transvestite paradise").
He saved Monkey D. Luffy when the latter broke in to free his brother Portgas D. Ace and helped him escape. He was also a key figure during the Battle of Marineford.
He is very close to Luffy's father, Monkey D. Dragon, and is a true "goddess" for all Okama. Because of his demon fruit, Horu Horu no Mi, he appears as both a man and a woman.
