⛩ Hiruzen Sarutobi, nicknamed the God of the Shinobi, was the Third Hokage. Along with Koharu Utatane and Homura Mitokado(Danzo), he was a student of the first two Hokage, Hashirama Senju and Tobirama Senju. He was also the master of the legendary trio, Jiraya, Tsunade and Orochimaru. He had a wife named Biwako Sarutobi with whom he had two children, one of whom was Asuma Sarutobi.

Hiruzen is considered to be one of the best Hokage that ever existed, indeed in addition to being a true genius mastering the 5 elements and almost all the existing Jutsu, he always put the village as well as its inhabitants before his own life.

He lost his life at an advanced age during a fight against Orochimaru, one of his students having decided to turn against Konoha.
