⛩ Buggy, also known as Buggy the Clown or The Clown with 1000 Pieces, is the captain of the Buggy Pirates and a former cabin boy of the Roger Pirates.
Buggy has eaten the Bara Bara no Mi, or Chop-Chop Fruit in English. It is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows its user to be immune to cutting attacks and to separate their body into detached parts, controlling those parts as they desire by levitating them away from the main body.
After the downfall of the Emperors Kaido and Big Mom, Buggy, "The Clown with 1000 Pieces," became one of the Four Emperors (Yonko) by founding the Cross Guild.
The Cross Guild is an organization founded by former Warlords Crocodile and Mihawk, hunting the Marines and placing bounties on their heads. According to Commodore Brannew, it poses a serious threat, labeling it "an organization of extreme danger."
