The Susanoo was first introduced by Itachi Uchiha as his ultimate trump card against Sasuke. Over time, others demonstrated the ability to use the Susanoo, showcasing the immense power compressed within this manifestation. Although it can be awakened by any Uchiha with two Mangekyo Sharingan, its abilities differ from one user to another.
7. Shisui Uchiha
Shisui, one of the Uchiha clan's prodigies, was a Konoha jonin with exceptional talent. During the Third Great Ninja War, he awakened the Mangekyo Sharingan after witnessing the death of someone close to him. This ability allowed him to trap opponents from a distance and granted him access to Kotoamatsukami.

4. Indra Otsutsuki
Indra, the eldest son of Hagoromo Otsutsuki, was a combat prodigy. He inherited his father’s powerful chakra and awakened the Mangekyo Sharingan, granting him the ability to use the Susanoo.
