Takashi Mitsuya

At school, Mitsuya has longer hair styled in a mullet. He wears a white shirt over a black long-sleeved garment for his casual outfit. He would later style his hair in a side parting, combed to the right, allowing his dragon tattoo to be visible on the side of his head.

Personality

Mitsuya is a calm and level-headed person who was once the main source of positivity for the Tokyo Manji Gang. Despite his difficult upbringing, he faces each day with a smile. Mitsuya is a pacifist, preferring not to engage in altercations whenever possible, but at the same time, he will not hesitate to fight to protect what is dear to him.

He showed a more angry side, becoming frustrated with Takemichi when he was losing and telling him to stay focused.

He takes care of his two younger sisters, Luna and Mana, acting as both mother and father since their mother is rarely home due to work.

Skills and Abilities

Authority

Mitsuya was the captain of the second division of the Tokyo Manji Gang, giving him command and authority over the members of the division and directly over Hakkai Shiba, his vice-captain.

Combat Prowess

As the captain of the second division, Mitsuya possesses strong combat skills. He is also well-known for his fighting abilities among other gangs. He was able to exchange blows equally with Taiju Shiba for some time. Additionally, Mocchi noted that he was impressed by Mitsuya’s combat skills. Mitsuya was able to withstand numerous blows from the powerful Taiju Shiba and also survived a headshot with a metal pipe from Seishu Inui, who is known for his fighting prowess.

Etymology

• The name Takashi means "noble, prosperity" (隆) (takashi).
• Takashi’s surname, Mitsuya, means "three" (三) (mi), "stars" (ツ) (tsu), and the kanji for (谷) (ya) means "valley".
