Rockstar is a recent member of the Red-Haired Pirates Crew. He appears to be the Captain Shanks' Messenger, as the latter sent him to deliver a message to Edward Newgate. His bounty stands at 94,000,000.

Appearance
Rockstar is a tall and sturdy man with dark skin and spiky red hair. He wears a long, dark purple jacket fastened by two rows of buttons starting from his stomach. The top part of the jacket is left open over his chest, revealing an orange shirt with a wide collar. A red scarf is tied around his neck. He has a yellow belt wrapped around his waist, which hangs on both sides (unlike other pirates who typically let it hang on one side). He wears blue pants and brown boots. A green-handled sword is suspended on his left hip, slung across his right shoulder.

Rockstar has a strong sense of honor; he cannot tolerate insults and is always ready to fight at a moment's notice if provoked. This was evident when Edward Newgate tore the message sent by Shanks through Rockstar. After witnessing the message being torn, he immediately sought to confront Whitebeard to restore his honor. It could be said that he doesn’t always think things through, as his emotions and feelings often overpower his reason. He is also quite proud of himself and his bounty. Additionally, Rockstar is incredibly brave and has immense nerve, willing to venture alone onto Whitebeard’s ship to deliver the letter.

Past
He was a Rookie before joining the Red-Haired Pirates as a Messenger. Like most members of Shanks' crew, very little is known about him. However, he claimed to have once been a famous and prominent pirate.
Jaya Arc
Rockstar was sent by Shanks, his Captain, to deliver a message to Whitebeard, which the Pirate Captain immediately tore apart. Rockstar quickly warned Shanks through Den Den Mushi. The tearing of the message aligned with Shanks' prediction, as he had foreseen such a reaction from the Yonko. Even so, Rockstar wanted to fight him to restore his honour, but his captain told him it wasn’t worth it and ordered him to retreat. He apologised to Rockstar for involving him in the incident, then instructed his crew to prepare to set sail towards Newgate. When Shanks arrived on Whitebeard's ship, in the anime, he is alone, while in the manga, there is a scene where Lucky Roo, Ben Beckman, and Yasopp can be seen with Rockstar visible in the background.
He is also called "Chibi" by Ben Beckman and was seen sweeping snow off their ship. He was sent by his captain to deliver a message to Whitebeard.
Whole Cake Island Arc
He reappears during the Tougato Arc on a ruined island in the New World, along with his crew, during a wedding.
One Piece Film: Red
Uta organised a concert on Elegia to fulfil her dream of performing for the world. Rockstar was present at the concert.
Egg Head Island Arc
While the crew is having lunch at a café on the coast of Erbaf, Rockstar informs Shanks that Kid is attacking and that it seems they will have to fight. The captain then declares that the supernova chose a bad time because they were about to leave. He apologises to the rest of the crew but explains that it is normal to linger with old friends, whom he believed to be long dead.
