Appearance
Morley is a very hairy and stocky giant. She has a long moustache and a thick beard that stretches from one ear to the other. She wears very few clothes, sporting only a short plaid skirt, belts around her arms, a flower symbol on her left forearm, dark gloves, and a dark bowler hat with frilly glasses.

Personality
She seems to behave like an Okama. As such, Morley speaks in a very polite and feminine manner. When she notices people paying attention to her, she constantly wonders if it's because they have a crush on her, not knowing why they would do so otherwise.
Unique Laugh
Like most characters, she has a unique laugh: "Fuhahahaha."
Abilities and Skills
As a leader, Morley holds a powerful position within the Revolutionary Army, and as the commander of the Western Army, she has complete control over the soldiers stationed there. According to Don Quichotte Doflamingo, she is one of the most important figures in the Revolutionary Army.
Physical Abilities
As a giant, Morley possesses enormous physical strength compared to humans. Due to her size, she is able to move very large sections of the ground using the power of her Devil Fruit.

Devil Fruit
Morley has eaten the Oshi Oshi no Mi, a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that allows her to move and shape the ground she touches like clay. With this power, she can move underground while pushing clumps of earth onto people, apparently with its original hardness, crushing them with her strength.
Weapons
Morley wields a large hybrid harpoon-trident. She uses it in conjunction with her Devil Fruit power to move the ground.
Haki
Morley has the ability to use both the Armament Haki and the Observation Haki.
History
Past
Over 100 years ago, Morley was a wanted pirate who was imprisoned at Impel Down. She used her powers to create a network of tunnels that would later be used to house Level 5.5, occupied by Emporio Ivankov and the okamas, to hide from the Impel Down staff. Morley escaped at some point, with her disappearance remaining undetected, allowing Impel Down to still be considered impregnable until Shiki's escape 20 years before the current events. Morley joined the Revolutionary Army at some point.
Zo Arc
On Dragon's orders, Koala contacts all the revolutionary leaders, including Morley.

Reverie Arc
Morley and the other commanders, Belo Betty, Lindbergh, and Karasu, appear in the Kingdom of Lulusia to save it from the plundering pirates of the Rose Beard. Morley emerges from the ground and confronts the pirates, pushing the earth towards them and forcing them to retreat. With the help of the citizens, the pirates are easily defeated, and the leaders then head to Momoiro Island to discuss the Revolutionary Army's upcoming declaration of war against the world nobles.
As the Revolutionary's plan of action is set in motion, Sabo infiltrates the Bondola, where King Sterry is located, disguised as a Royal Guard. Sterry panics at the sight of a flock of crows, likely caused by Karasu, and tells King Ham Burger that he saw a giant with a harpoon staring at him from the wall the Bondola passes along. Morley successfully infiltrates Mary Geoise with Sabo, Karasu, and Lindbergh. She then uses her powers to set them up in an underground shelter, while Sabo expresses his outrage at Kuma's fate.

Wano Kuni Arc
Her silhouette is seen when Blackbeard explains that the Revolutionaries stormed the Reverie in an attempt to rescue Kuma and are facing Admirals Ryokugyu and Fujitora at Mary Geoise. The Revolutionaries managed to escape with Kuma but were separated from Sabo.
Egghead Island Arc
Back on Momoiro Island, Lindbergh and the other Revolutionaries were relieved to hear that Sabo was still alive, despite the news reporting that he had assassinated Nefertari Cobra. As Dragon was about to question Kuma, Sabo contacted the other Revolutionaries and denied killing Cobra. Sabo tried to report what he had seen at Pangea Castle, but the World Government cut off the signal and destroyed the Kingdom of Lulusia.
She is present when Sabo returns to Kedetrav. She welcomes him, crying.
