Kokonoi Hajime
Hajime Kokonoi, or Koko (ココ), is a former commander of the Black Dragons of the Tenth Generation, a former member of the First Division of Toman, and the former treasurer of Tenjiku. He is currently an executive of Bonten.

Appearance
Koko is slim and tall. He has medium-length black hair that falls over the right side of his face, while the left side is shaved into rectangles. His sharp black eyes give him a fierce look, and his large arched eyebrows make his face appear as though he is constantly angry. He often wears smart clothes that usually match the details of his gold earrings.
Personality
Koko views the world as a series of calculations. He acts solely in his own interest. Every move he makes is for his own benefit. He gravitates towards those who are more powerful than him, but will turn his back on them the moment they lose their usefulness.
When the news of Akane's death reached him, Koko was unable to face the reality that the love of his life was gone, along with his ability to do anything about it. Now completely lost, he clings to Inui both as a substitute for the loss of Akane and his money, as well as a means to prevent himself from collapsing internally.

Financial Skills
Koko possesses unparalleled financial abilities. From a young age, he sought various ways to make money by reading books and learning methods, some of which were illegal. As a result, he was able to implement complex criminal schemes involving stealing and investing that money in criminals, so they would steal and engage in criminal activities on his behalf, generating greater profits for him in return.
Physical Abilities
Despite his economic skills, he has also proven to be a capable fighter, able to hold his own against Inui.
History
Past
When Kokonoi was younger, he was deeply in love with Inui's sister, Akane, even though she was five years older than him. Once, he tried to kiss Akane while she was sleeping in the library, but she caught him. He confessed his feelings to her, and Akane accepted them, waiting for them to be older.
However, tragedy struck. One night, a massive fire broke out in the Inui household. Without hesitation, Kokonoi bravely rushed into the house, saving what he thought was Akane, but it turned out to be Seishu. As a result of the fire, Akane suffered severe burns and fell into a coma. The treatment was estimated to cost 40 million yen, an amount that even Akane's parents could not afford.
Kokonoi did everything he could to learn finance in order to raise the funds needed to save Akane. He realised that the fastest way was to turn to crime, so he recruited delinquents to do the work for him. However, it all proved futile as Akane eventually succumbed to her injuries. Kokonoi became even more obsessed with money in an attempt to fill the void left by Akane's death.
