Kisaki Tetta
Tetta Kisaki is the primary antagonist of Tokyo Revengers. He is notorious for his meteoric rise through the ranks of the Tokyo Manji Gang (Toman) and for orchestrating the murder of Hinata Tachibana across multiple timelines.

Appearance
Kisaki is a young man of average height with striking blue eyes, dyed blond hair, and a tanned complexion. He is easily recognized by his signature glasses and a single earring in his left ear. During his initial appearance, his hair is short and shaved on the right side. Upon joining Toman, he adopts a more uniform buzz cut and wears the classic gang attire.
In his youth, Kisaki had longer, natural black hair. In various alternate future timelines, he is seen with light brown hair neatly parted to the side.
Personality
Kisaki is a ruthless, cunning, and highly ambitious mastermind who stops at nothing to achieve his objectives. Though he may lack physical presence, he dominates others through psychological manipulation and fear, commanding even those far stronger than himself. Every move he makes is a calculated step toward becoming the most powerful criminal figure in Tokyo.
He views subordinates and superiors alike as mere pawns in his game, showing a cold-blooded willingness to sacrifice lives to protect himself or advance his agenda. Despite his lack of empathy, he possesses a dark charisma that draws followers to him—though this loyalty is often rooted in terror. By gaining the trust of top-tier offenders, he systematically takes control of their organizations from within.
His ruthless nature stems from a deep-seated inferiority complex developed during an isolated, insecure childhood. His primary motivation is an obsessive fixation on Hinata Tachibana. After realizing she was drawn to Takemichi’s dream of being a hero, Kisaki concluded that if he became the greatest delinquent in Japan, he would finally win her love.
Recognizing his physical limits, Kisaki relies on intricate schemes and behind-the-scenes puppetry. He is incredibly patient, willing to wait years for a plan to mature and showing remarkable resilience when faced with failure.
However, his "love" for Hinata is purely possessive and ego-driven. This is evidenced by his habit of ordering her murder whenever she rejects him in the future; unable to accept that she chooses someone else, he succumbs to a murderous rage, incapable of understanding why his "efforts" go unrewarded.

While not a brawler by nature, Kisaki possesses decent combat skills when cornered. He notably knocked out Takemichi with a single, well-placed punch to the jaw.

Kisaki’s true lethality lies in his genius-level intellect. He has repeatedly outmaneuvered Takemichi, even with the latter's ability to time travel. A top-tier student who consistently ranked first in national exams, he applies that same brilliance to crime—manipulating powerful fighters into serving as his stepping stones.
His tactical mind is so fearsome that even seasoned thugs like Osanai tremble at the thought of crossing him. He is a master at identifying or fabricating weaknesses in others to ensure his ascent to the top.
History
Kisaki's name is first mentioned when Naoto explains to Takemichi that he must prevent the meeting between Kisaki and Manjiro Sano in July 2005. This meeting is the catalyst that transforms Toman into a murderous syndicate by 2017, leading to Hinata's death.
Despite Takemichi's initial efforts to disrupt this timeline, Kisaki manages to secure the position of Third Division Captain following the internal strife involving Moebius and Pachin’s arrest.
In the bleak 2017 timeline, Kisaki effectively rules Toman as its acting leader, having pushed out Mikey and manipulated the execution of Draken. His reign is defined by terror; he is so intimidating that he drives former associates like Atsushi to suicide out of sheer psychological exhaustion. Whether orchestrating hits through others or acting personally, Kisaki proves himself to be a cold, calculating assassin.
