Kei Uomi
Kei Uomi (魚臣 慧, Uomi Kei), also known as Oicazzo/Oikatzo (オイカッツォ, Oikattso), is another player that Sunraku meets while playing a low-quality game. He is one of the top fighting game players in Japan, belonging to a professional gaming team called "Kei".

In Shangri-La, he plays as a cute girl character, but Kei himself is a man. His encounter with Sunraku made him addicted to low-quality games. He excels in PVP. He is also the only professional player that Sunraku has played with.
Appearance.
Kei has blond hair and wears a dark and light blue jacket, with an orange t-shirt underneath, ill-fitting trousers, and muddy shoes in real life. In Shangri-La, he has blond hair and wears a red and light beige outfit, metal gloves, bandaged socks, beige boots, and no underwear. In United Rounds, he wears armor (without any other distinguishing features). Whether in the game or in reality, he has an androgynous accent.
Personality
Kei Uomi is generally a friendly guy.
As Oicazzo, he acts much more impulsive and bold, giving off the impression of a tomboyish girl.
Plot

Skills
With his Monk job (Spirit Fist user), Oicazzo can use specific Monk abilities along with many buffs and skills, but he cannot equip weapons or gear. He has a high amount of health points (HP) and vitality, resembling a lightweight fighter. It is a build meant to absorb a lot of damage.
His secondary job is an Archaeologist, an explorer who uses a whip (and a bit of magic) to uncover unknown knowledge—relics left behind by the Gods themselves. Additionally, with his rodeo skills, being the third-ranked player in the national cavalry crisis, this has helped him stay on the Kirin mount when summoned by Wezaemon.
Spirit Fist Buffs (from weakest to strongest):
Spirit Fist: Red – A buff that increases strength and vitality. It appears as red, fiery energy surrounding the user’s fists.
- Spirit Fist: Black – A buff that envelops the user’s fists in black flames, temporarily increasing damage. These flames seem to deal more damage than Spirit Fist: Red during special moments to inflict critical hits.
- Spirit Fist: Crimson Cannon – By combining the Red and Black flames, it creates a crimson flame around the fists. This skill can deal stronger damage than Spirit Fist: Black.
- Spirit Fist: Dark Strike – A tri-color mix of Red, Blue, and Yellow that fuses into a sphere of dark energy surrounding the fists. This buff can be even more powerful than Crimson Cannon, but consumes a significant portion of stamina, so it’s used with caution.
Counter Skills
- Counter Repel – Strikes the attacking enemy, as the name suggests, it repels the attack and avoids damage to the player.
Buff Skills
- Close-Combat Enhancement – The body emits a fiery red glow around the user. It is a buff skill that adds extra melee damage to very short-range attacks.
Attack Skills
- Crushing Uppercut – Delivers an uppercut to the enemy. When strengthened by Spirit Fist: Red, it can deal a knockout blow in one hit to enemies not strong enough to withstand the impact.
- Puppet Whip: Serpent – Summons a dark gray rope whip, making it move like a serpent.
- Double Impact: Strikes the enemy, using the left hand to trace a cross-shaped seal on the target, followed by the right hand to deliver a direct fatal blow on the mark. This deals significant damage, especially when stronger buff skills are used beforehand.
- Human Pile Tackle: Launches forward to deliver a powerful punch to the target, similar to a battering ram to pierce defenses. When a powerful buff spell is applied, this attack can become extremely powerful, capable of piercing through Kirin’s armor and stopping the impact against a rocky wall.
Equipment
As a bare-handed fighter, most of the equipment will likely be light armor sets. The main weapon for fist users could be something to cover the hands. So far, the only other equipment Oikatzo uses in combat are whips.
