6/ Jogo
Before Gojo’s encounter with Jogo, Ryomen Sukuna was the only curse that seemed capable of even challenging a high-level Jujutsu Sorcerer. Although Satoru Gojo makes quick work of Jogo—using the fight as a practical lesson for Yuji—Jogo displays a mastery of Cursed Energy that puts him far above average spirits.
While Jogo might be considered the least powerful of the core group of villains in the first season, he possesses the battle experience his peers lack. Aside from Geto, Jogo appears to have the deepest understanding of jujutsu history and sorcery among the antagonists.
5/ Hanami
Hanami truly gets the chance to showcase his durability during the Goodwill Event arc. When the exchange between the Kyoto and Tokyo schools is interrupted by a raid to steal Sukuna’s fingers, Yuji Itadori and Aoi Todo team up against Hanami in a spectacular confrontation.
Hanami proves his elite status by surviving a direct hollow technique from Satoru Gojo. Few curses possess Hanami's unique blend of raw power and a strange sense of ecological empathy that resonates with the audience.
4/ Mahito

Mahito wields one of the most horrifying techniques in the series: Idle Transfiguration. This ability allows him to reshape a human’s soul, distorting their physical body into grotesque transfigured humans that serve as his soldiers.
Furthermore, Mahito is one of the rare curses capable of deploying a Domain Expansion. Without Sukuna’s internal interference, Mahito would likely have defeated Yuji and the Grade 1 sorcerer Nanami during their initial clash.
3/ Toji Fushiguro
With the release of the second season, fans finally got to see the legendary Toji Fushiguro in action. A character who rivals the popularity of Satoru Gojo himself, Toji brings a unique threat to the world of jujutsu.

Suguru Geto is one of the few individuals who once stood as an equal to Satoru Gojo. His Cursed Spirit Manipulation technique allows him to control spirits by consuming them. In the events of Jujutsu Kaisen 0, Geto unleashed over four thousand curses simultaneously, a feat that required Yuta Okkotsu’s absolute limit to overcome.
While Geto’s ability to coordinate multiple Special Grade curses is legendary, modern fans have learned that the man currently orchestrating the chaos isn't Geto himself, but an ancient entity using his body as a vessel.
