One of the top players in Shangri-La, she earned the title of "Master of Attack" by dealing the highest explosive damage in the game. Her in-game avatar is a striking figure, fully covered from head to toe in legendary equipment, but in real life, she is a charming teenage girl who has a crush on Sunraku.
Appearance
Rei is a middle-sized high school student with short, light brown hair and eyes of the same color. She usually wears a long white dress with short sleeves. At times, she can be seen in a gi when training in judo.
As Psyger-0, she is typically a very tall figure clad in full armor, to the point that her body cannot be seen. Her weapon of choice is a large sword, and the color of her avatar changes depending on the buffs she uses.
Personality
Rei can be described as a "love-struck innocent girl," deeply in love with Sunraku but unable to gather the courage to confess her feelings. She is a kind, well-mannered person but generally very shy, so whenever she tries to speak to Sunraku, she often misses her chance due to her timidity. As a result, Rei prefers to observe him from a distance, which sometimes leads to stalking behavior, though it’s mostly impulsive.
Rei's crush is known to Mana, who often encourages her in her adventures. However, as her attempts to get closer to Sunraku keep failing, she often turns to Mana for comfort. The anime shows several of her attempts, such as making chocolates for Valentine’s Day, which she shaped in various forms, including Sunraku’s avatar, only to reshape them back to their original form.
As Psyger-0, she appears as a mysterious and silent warrior—both inspiring and intimidating. Her attempt to send a friendly message to Sunraku was seen by him as suspicious, but he still accepted it, thinking it was some kind of hidden challenge.
When she finally sent a message to Sunraku in the game—after carefully drafting it over several days—she believed it to be a message that was "not too formal, not too casual," but it turned out to be extremely polite.

Covers her entire body in a crimson energy aura. Then, with a swing of her sword, she deals high damage using a crimson aura extended sword to slice through targets. When executed by a higher-level player, it can easily take down the first Zone Boss of Firstia. -

By dropping onto a target from above, she performs a powerful blue light-infused attack. It deals a crushing blow with a forceful shockwave explosion. -
Emperor Of Evil - Satan:
By uttering the incantation: "Satanael, reversed… Satan," she unleashes this skill. It fully transforms Psyger-0’s white armor into a dark knight-themed set, adorned with golden lines, a crimson cape, and a flaming crest on the helmet.

Chaos Void: A highly powerful buffed skill that channels bright light into the Antinomy sword when Psyger-0 is in her Reverse Form after activating Emperor Of Evil - Satan. Upon impact, it releases a powerful dome of black and white light that engulfs the target.
Formula: "Light and Darkness, eternally conflicting opposites, deny their mutual rejection and weave together a fate torn asunder… My body is bathed in light and cloaked in darkness. Let chaos devour this world!" - Friend Warp: A skill that allows Psyger-0 to be summoned by a "friend" if they are in trouble. This is useful when needing to fend off PKers (Player Killers) attacking someone and alerting a friend for help. Of course, this has a time limit once the countdown expires.

Etymology:
Her username, Psyger-0, is a play on her real name, Saiga Rei. Psyger = Saiga and Zero (零), which can be read as Rei in the On-yomi reading.
Anecdotes
Rei is deeply in love with Sunraku. In Chapter 82 of the manga, she asks him to call her by the name "Rei." Sunraku always mistakenly believes she is a man.
